The Pacific Oceans Pacific Climate Change Conference (POPCCC) is a Pacific-owned and a Pacific-led event. It is organised to provide an informative and collaborative Pacific research platform for academics, researchers, climate change practitioners, private sector, civil society, and students to share their research findings with Pacific based and global researchers. The conference will be hosted by the Solomon Islands National University (SINU) in close collaboration with the Government of Solomon Islands through the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change, Disaster Management and Meteorology (MECDM). The conference is co-hosted by the Pacific Climate Change Centre (PCCC) hosted at SPREP, National University of Samoa (NUS) and Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington (VUW).
