Cir#26/37: Circular Pacific via Regional Recycling Network: in-country engagement.

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) with the support from the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) has commissioned Tonkin & Taylor International Ltd (T+TI) in association with EX Research Institute Ltd to deliver the Circular Pacific via Regional Recycling Network project phase one feasibility and project design preparation. The feasibility study will form the basis for the project design, with an ensuing implementation phase two in selected countries.
